The Main Street America Group has been appointed to serve on the board of directors of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, a global alliance of insurers, consumer organizations and state agencies fighting insurance fraud. The Main Street America Group operates three property and casualty insurers: National Grange Mutual Insurance Company, Old Dominion Insurance Company and Main Street America Assurance Company. The Main Street America Group will join the Coalition's board as a full voting member, and will be represented by Stephen D. Canty, senior vice president, claims, and Robert Burgess, corporate special investigations unit manager. The Main Street America Group is a founding member of the PIA Company Council of Executive Officers (PIA-CCEO).
