PIA of New Jersey has presented its Distinguished Service award to Ken Auerbach, Esq. He was honored for his many years of service to the insurance field, for his dedication to PIA and for his work on behalf of independent agents everywhere. A past president of PIANJ, he has served on virtually every committee of the association. He currently is Vice President/Treasurer of PIA National, and a member of the Business Issues, Executive and Budget and Finance committees. He also serves as PIA’s liaison to The Partnership (formerly the Company Council of Executive Officers).

In 2005, Auerbach received a Presidential Citation from PIA National for his work on behalf of agents with regard to compensation and disclosure issues, policymaking and ethical concerns.
