NAIC e-Regulation Conference Addresses NFIP, Other Issues

More than 700 insurance regulators and industry representatives attended the seventh annual E-Regulation Conference and Information Technology Expo, sponsored by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) in Kansas City. This conference was targeted for those individuals directly involved in producer licensing, rate and form filing, market regulation, company licensing and information technology.

What It Means to Agents:  These are the issues that impact PIA members at their desk top, and your suggestions and opinions are needed in crafting PIA’s responses to NAIC efforts.

David Eppstein’s full report on actions at the NAIC E-Regulation Conference is available here (PDF file).
