Responding to PIA and other industry concerns over the pilot project and fingerprint requirements and procedures in this model, the Producer Licensing Working Group has agreed to issue an FAQ document. The FAQs will address issues such as the privacy of submitted fingerprints, access to fingerprint files, resident licensing decisions in non-resident states, opting out of the database, and other related concerns.
