CPCU Society Issues Ethics Policy Statement

Following the conclusion of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society’s 60th Annual Meeting on October 26, the Board of Governors issued an ethics policy statement regarding allegations made by the New York Attorney General. In the statement, CPCU denounces all pricing or compensation practices that undermine an open and fair marketplace or jeopardize the interests of the insurance buyer.
